To fittingly commemorate and properly disseminate nationwide the 104^th anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Rizal, I do hereby authorize the Department of Budget and Management to release the amount of THREE MILLION PESOS (P3,000,000.00) from the President ™s Contingent Fund to defray expenses for the Year 2000 activities commemorating the martyrdom of Dr. Rizal.

This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
