SCHEDULE OF LABORATORY FEES AND CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES RENDERED BY THE FERTILIZER AND PESTICIDE AUTHORITY (FPA)
In accordance with Section 3 of Republic Act No. 9970 or the General Appropriations Act of 2010, all agencies shall ensure that fees, charges and assessments to be collected should cover the cost of services delivered to the public.

II. Procedure
All concerned parties shall coordinate and submit their request for analysis, together with the required quantity of samples, to the Fertilizer Regulatory Services Division, located at the ground floor of the FPA Building. The minimum quantity of sample for analysis must be 500 grams for organic, 250 grams for inorganic and 250 milliliters for liquid fertilizer.
This Administrative Order shall take effect within a period of fifteen (15) days following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and its filing with the Administrative Register, UP Law Center.
