To ensure locators ™ continuing compliance to applicable Philippine Labor and Social Welfare Standards, CDC shall directly coordinate with the following agencies to secure compliance status of locators in Clark:

DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT (Regional Branch III)
SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM (SSS Angeles City)
PHILIPPINE HEALTH INSURANCE CORP. (PhilHealth, Angeles City)
HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND (Pag-IBIG Fund, Pampanga)

Pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement signed between Clark Development Corporation and the listed agencies, CDC shall directly coordinate with these agencies to secure clearance. Non-compliance to the requirements of these agencies shall be a basis for the denial or revocation of CORTE/CR issuance.

Relatedly, beginning January 2014, clearance from the above agencies shall be required for the release of CORTE/CR. Please ensure your companies ™ compliance so we can facilitate issuance of your documents.
