TO: All Government Officials Concerned SUBJECT: United Nations Regional Preparatory Meeting for Asia and Pacific Regions on Crime Prevention and Treatment of Offenders
In view of the relevance of the subject of the meeting to bur present development efforts especially in the field of peace and order, you are hereby authorized to participate in the said meeting to be held at the Philippine International Convention Center on May 15, to 20, 1978.

The participants shall be allowed to attend on official time, as well as reasonable expenses for transportation chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 14th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and Seventy-Eight.
