Administrative Order No. 13, dated October 12, 1946, entitled œCREATING A COMMISSION, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PHILIPPINE PORT COMMISSION, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF THE COMMITTEE CREATED UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 35, DATED 29 MAY 1946, AND TO ACT AS THE AGENCY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES IN CONNECTION WITH THE REHABILITATION, IMPROVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF PORT AND HARBOR FACILITIES IN THE PHILIPPINES UNDER SECTION 303 (a) OF THE PHILIPPINE REHABILITATION ACT OF 1946 , as amended, is hereby further amended so as to make the composition thereof as follows:
