AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a NO. 8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755, (UNDER TRICYLE TERMINALS), BY RENAMING THE BATANGAS TRICYLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION (BATODA) TO BATANGAS STREET, MANILA TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATIONS, INCORPORATED (BATODA)

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended by renaming the Batangas Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (BATODA), to read as follows:

"BATANGAS STREETS, MANILA TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND
DRIVERS ASSOCIATIONS, INC. (BATODA)"

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on June 16, 2015.
