Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund sourced from new revenue sources, which is not otherwise appropriated, the sum of One Hundred Twenty Million Fifty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos (PhP. 120,053,982.00), as General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 and which budget documents, marked as Annex "A", for Statement of Funding Sources (LBP Form No. 9), and Annex "B", for Statement of Supplemental Appropriation (LBP Form No. 10), are attached and made integral parts hereof, to be made available as additional appropriations of the City Government of Manila for Calendar Year 2015.

The herein appropriationg of funds represents the authorized supplemental budgetary support of the Office of the Mayor as sammarized hereinbelow:

	I.	New Revenu Source
			Share of Manila City from the Incremental Collective of Value Added Tax (VAT) for FY 2000-2008, DBM HO SARO-BMB-G-15-000587 dated May 14, 2015			Php. 120,053,982.00
	II.	Total Appropriations
		1.	Genenral Fund - Proper
			A.	General Services
				1.	Office of the Mayor -
					Special Activities Fund - 200-000	PhP. 60,000,000.00
					Special Activities Fund - 300-000	PhP. 30,000,000.00
					Expenses for Public Affairs	PhP. 30,053,982.00
		Total				PhP. 120,053,982.00

SEC. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on August 13, 2015.
