Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Blumentritt Extension Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association Inc., (540 BLUMEXTODA), to read as follows:

"BLUMENTRITT EXT. TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND
DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (540 BLUMEXTODA)

Loading and Unloading Areas

1. Comer of Blumentritt Extension and Sobriedad Street, Sampaloc, Manila
2. Corner of Blumentritt Extension and Espa a Boulevard, Sampaloc, Manila"

SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Blumentritt Extension Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:

"ASSOCIATION R.M.C. Blumentritt Extension
Tricycle Operators and
Drivers Association, Inc.
(540 BLUMEXTODA) 60 Units

ROUTE
The authorized route line of operation shall be via Corner of Blumentritt Extension and Sobriedad Street - Blumentritt Extension and Expafia Boulevard and vice-versa"

SEC. 3. Separability Clause. - If any part or provision of this Ordinance is held or declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.

SEC. 4. Repealing Clause. - All other local laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

SEC. 5. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on August 20, 2015.
