Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2, No. 16 of Ordinance No.7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the additional Route Measure Capacity of Hippodromo Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (HITODA), to read as follows:

"ASSOCIATION ROUTE R.M.C. Hippodromo
Tricycle Operators and
Drivers Association
(HITODA) Hippodromo - R.Magsaysay 120 Units"

SEC. 2. Effectively Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on September 17, 2015.
