Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the additional Route Measure Capacity of Blumentritt Espa a Calabash Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., from 50 to 65 units, to read as follows:

"ASSOCIATION R.M.C. Blumentritt Espa a
Calabash Tricycle Operators
and Drivers Association, Inc.
      (BLUESCATODA) 65 Units

ROUTE

Blumintritt Ext. corner Espa a
Calabash Road, Firmeza St.
via Fider Road"
SEC. 2. Separability Clause. - If any part or provision of this Ordinance is held unconstitutional or invalid, other parts or provisions hereof which are not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.

SEC. 3. Repealing Clause. - All ordinances, resolution, executive orders, and other issuances which are inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, or modified accordingly.

SEC. 4. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on October 6,2015.
