[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9095, April 08, 2001 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PROPER DIMAYA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINAS, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR TO BE KNOWN AS PROPER DIMAYA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Proper Dimaya, Municipality of Dinas, Province of Zamboanga del Sur to be known as Proper Dimaya National High School.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 16, 2000 and February 5, 2000, respectively.
