AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF THE OTHER MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES, UNDER THE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES, OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY PROSECUTOR, IN THE AMOUNT OF FOURTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS(PHP. 14,220,000.00) TO BE USED AS PAYMENT FOR THE ALLOWANCES OF THE CITY PROSECUTOR, DEPUTY PROSECUTORS AND ASSISTANT PROSECUTORS

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT;
SECTION 1. It is hereby declared the policy of the City Government to provide special remunerations to the Office of the City Prosecutor in its function of investigating criminal complaints and prosecuting cases in trial courts
SEC. 2. The amount of Fourteen Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (PhP, 14,220,000.00), is hereby authorized, allocated from the Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses (OMOE), under the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) of the Office of the City Prosecutor, out of Fifteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (PhP, 15,800,400.00), to be utilized as payment for alfowances of the City Prosecutor, Deputy Prosecutors and Assistant Prosecutors, as follows:

SEC. 3. All ordinances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Ordinance or parts hereof are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
SEC. 4. Effectlvity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on October 27, 2015.
