Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. The donation of a parcel of land consisting of Forty-Seven Square Meters and Fifty-Nine Square Decimeters (47.59 Sg. M.), identified as Block 18, Lot 1, located at Akasya Street, Kahilom, Pandacan, in the Sixtg District of Manila, with a small "pocket part" which is embraced under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 224120 and where the present Barangay Hall and Day Care Center of Barangay 871, Zone 95, District VI, Manila, is presently located, is hereby authorized.

SEC. 2. The City Legal Office of the City of Manila is directed to prepare the necessary documents for the signature of the City Mayor immediately following the effectivity of this Ordinance.

SEC. 3. Effective Clause. - This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on January 12, 2016.
