Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a. (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Chinese Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (CHINTODA), Inc., to read as follows:

"CHINESE TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS
ASSOCIATION (CHINTODA), INC.

Loading and Unloading Area

a. Aurora Blvd. cor. Blumentritt-Abad Santos - Hermosa St."

SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Chinese Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association. Inc., to read as follows;

"ASSOCIATION R.M.C. Chinese Tricycle Operators
and Drivers Association
(CHINTODA), Inc.
50 Units

ROUTE
The authorized route line of operation shall begin in the area of Isagani St. - L. Rivera St. - SM San Lazaro St., - Pampanga St., - Oroquieta St., - Antipolo St., - Cavite St., - Tayuman St., - Yuseco St., P. Guevarra St., - Doroteo Jose St., - E. Remigio St., - Mayhaligue St., Bambang St., - Alvarez St., - Quiricada St., - San Lazaro St., - Malabon St., - Hererra St., - Batangas St., - Laguna St. and vice versa."

SEC. 3. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on January 26, 2016.
