Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminal) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Vicente Espa a Dela Fuente Lepanto Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., (VEDELTODA), to read as follows:

"VICENTE ESPA A DELA FUENTE LEPANTO
TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS
ASSOCIATION, INC. (VEDELTODA)

Loading and Unloading Areas a. M. Dela Fuente St. cor. Espa a Blvd.
b. S.H. Loyola St. cor. M. Dela Fuente St.
c. Vicente Cruz St. cor. S.H. Loyola St."

SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Vicente Espa a Dela Fuente Lepanto Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:

"ASSOCIATION R.M.C. Vicente Espa a Dela Fuente
Lepanto Tricycle Operators
and Drivers Association, Inc.
(VEDELTODA) 45 Units

ROUTE
The authorized route lines of operation shall be via M. Dela Fuente St. cor. Espa a Blvd. - S.H. Loyola St. cor. M. Dela Fuente St. - Vicente Cruz St. cor. M. Dela Fuente St. and vice versa."

SEC. 3. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on February 11, 2016.
