Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Maceda Loyola Fajardo Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., (MALOFATODA), to read as follows:

"MACEDA LOYOLA FAJARDO TRICYCLE
OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
(MALOFATODA)

Loading and Unloading Areas

1. Loading - corner of Espa a Boulevard and Maceda Street, Sampaloc, Manila
2. Unloading - corner of G. Tuazon Street and Antipolo Street, Sampaloc, Manila"

SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordiance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Maceda Loyola Fajardo Tricyle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:

"ASSOCIATION R.M.C. Maceda Loyola Fajardo
Tricycle Operators and Drivers
Association, Inc.
(MALOFATODA) 30 Units

ROUTE
The authorized route line of operation shall be via Maceda Street - Matimyas Street - Fajardo Street - Antipolo Street and vice versa."

SEC. 3. Separibility Clause - If any part or provision of  this Ordinance is held or declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.

SEC. 4. Repealing Clause - All other local laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rule and regulations which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

SEC. 5. Effectivity Clause - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on October 1, 2015.
