Pursuant to the Maritime Industry Authority Board Resolution No. 94-041 and the issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 88 on the assumption of functions under the provisions of Executive Order No. 125, as amended, additional fees and charges listed in Annex A (Please see NAR Volume V, No. 3, July - September 1994, pp. 513 & 514) hereof are hereby prescribed to be imposed and collected by the Maritime Industry Authority.

This Circular supplements Memorandum Circular No. 77 and takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
