For the information and guidance of all concerned, applicants for franchises to operate public utility vehicle services are hereby required to indicate in their applications and in all pleadings before the Board their Tax Identification Number (TIN's).

The Board reserves the right to reject any application and/or pleading without the Tax Identification Number required.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the U.P. Law Center, in accordance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated October 9, 1992.
