Further to Department Order No. 17 on Deployment of Trainees under the 4th Category of the Republic of Korea's Alien Industrial Technology Training Program (AITTP), the following additional rules are hereby promulgated:

A
Cooperation Agreement with other POEA
Licensed Agencies

1. Participating agencies may enter into cooperation agreements with any of the pre-qualified agencies endorsed by POEA/DOLE to the KFSB;

2. The cooperation agreement shall be limited to manpower sourcing and pre-qualification of trainees only;

3. Any fee charged by the cooperating agency from the participating agency shall already be covered by the mobilization enrollment fee prescribed for the program;

4. The cooperating agency shall not charge any fee from the applicant trainees.

B
Responsibility of Participating Agencies

The participating agency shall be held joint and severally liable in case that may arise in connection with the trainee recruitment and/or implementation of the training contract for Korea.

C
Expanded Pre-Departure Orientation and Training

For the purpose of South Korea's AITTP, special guidelines governing the accreditation and implementation of the expanded pre-departure orientation will be issued by POEA for the participating agencies and non-government organizations to observe. A standard training fee shall be promulgated accordingly.

The POEA is hereby instructed to prepare the necessary guidelines to implement this Order.
