Pursuant to Governing Board Resolution No. 02, Series of 1994 prescribing twenty-five (25) years as the minimum age for female households workers, exemption is hereby granted to workers bound for Switzerland since the country meets the following conditions prescribed by the Resolution for such exemption and provided however that the female household workers to be deployed must not be less than eighteen (18) years old:

1. the employment terms and conditions of household workers are superior to Philippine minimum standards

2. protection for the workers is assured by legislation

3. adequate protective mechanisms for the workers are in place
