By virtue of Memorandum Circular No. 115, dated 24 April 1990; authorizing all Departments, Bureaus, Offices, and Agencies to increase by not more than ten percent (10%) their fees and charges for services to be rendered, it is hereby directed that the Revised Schedule of Fees and Charges for Testing of Construction Materials and other Services, given below, be effected immediately.
