AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1 DATED MARCH 6, 1991 ON SERVICE CHARGES AND LABORATORY ANALYSIS FEES, ETC. IN THE SUGAR REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION
SECTION 1. Section 1 (6) of General Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 1990-1991 dated March 6, 1991 is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. The provisions of Circular Letter No. 41 dated May 28, 1991 which are in conflict with this Order are hereby amended accordingly.
