Further to POEA Memorandum Circular No. 45 (Series of 1983) and subsequent issuances and in pursuance of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Ministry Order No. 6-83 of the Department of Finance, the following fees shall be applied in the processing services of employment contracts for seafarers:

1.	New Hires	P150.00
	Other cases to include: a. Reprocessing of expired Overseas Employment Certificate's (OEC's) where new OEC's are issued for ticketing purposes.
2.	Rehires	P75.00
	Other cases to include: a. Reprocessing of expired OEC's for rehires where new OEC's are issued for ticketing purposes. b. Issuance of New OEC for seafarers who are on emergency leave or on vacation c. Contract Renewal/Extension
3.	Expedite Processing	P250.00
4.	Processing of Cadets	P75.00
5.	Accredited Shipping Companies whether new hires or rehires	P75.00

This Order takes effect immediately.
