[ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 39, June 27, 1937 ]

ADDITIONAL ALLOTMENTS FOR THE PAYMENT OF INCREASES IN SALARIES AND WAGES AUTHORIZED IN ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 25.

Whereas, the allotments made in Administrative .Order Numbered Twenty-five, nineteen hundred and thirty-six series, for the payment of the increases in salaries and wages required by Executive Orders Numbered Forty-nine and Fifty, nineteen hundred and thirty-six series, have not been sufficient in some cases, while unexpended balances have been left in others; and

Whereas, it is necessary to make a reallotment of the said unexpended balances and to authorize additional allotments out of the unallotted balance of the appropriation under Commonwealth Act Numbered Thirty-seven to cover the. deficits referred to;

Now, therefore, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and the existing laws, hereby order the reversion to. the unallotted balance , of the appropriation under Commonwealth Act Numbered Thirty-seven of the following unexpended balances of the allotments made in Administrative Order Numbered Twenty-five, nineteen hundred and thirty-six series:
