WHEREAS, on Saturday, 24 june 2017, the City of Tobaco, Albay marks the celebration of the Tabak Festival, a showcase of the city's rich history, cultural diversity and beautiful tourist attractions;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tobaco, Albay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 24 June 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tobaco, Province of Albay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
