CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED ALONG INDO-CHINA DRIVE, FILINVEST NORTHGATE BUSINESS DISTRICT, ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by Republic Act No. 87478, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 14-359 (s. 2014) of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, as an Information Technology Center to be known as the Southkey Building, with a gross floor area of Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-One and 46/100 square meters (14, 891.46 m2), which stands on several parcels of land located along Indo-China Drive, Filinvest Northgate Business District, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, containing an aggregate area of Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Seven square meters (2, 487 m2), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. 014-2014002572 (Lot 12, of the subdivision plan Psd-00-041990, being a portion of Block 46, Pcs-00-007054, LRC Rec. No. 6173), situated in the Barangay of Alabang, City of Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Road Lot 28, Pcs-00-007054 (25.00 m. wide); on the N., along line 2-3 by Lot 13, Psd-00-041990; on the E., along line 3-4 by Block 51, Pcs-00-007054; and on the S., along line 4-1 by Lot 11, Psd-00-041990.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 14 deg. 19' W., 1666.33 m. from Mon. No. 3, Muntinlupa Estate;
