[ PROCLAMATION NO. 16, September 26, 1945 ]
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 15 SO AS TO ALLOW THE CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONSIDER IMPORTANT MEASURES OTHER THAN THOSE ENUMERATED THEREIN
Proclamation No. 15 calling the Congress of the Philippines in special session for a period of ten days commencing on Saturday, September 22, 1945, is hereby amended so as to allow the Congress during the said special session to consider such other measures as may be submitted to it by the President aside from those specified in the said Proclamation No. 15.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
