[ PROCLAMATION NO. 30, December 11, 1945 ]

EXTENDING ONCE MORE THE PERIOD OF THE FOURTH SPECIAL SESSION OF THE FIRST CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES



By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, I, SERGIO OSME A, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the period of the Fourth Special Session of the First Congress of the Philippines up to and including the twelfth day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-five, for the purpose of considering the enactment of legislation of the nature specified in Proclamation No. 23, as amended by Proclamation No. 25, dated December 3, 1945, and by Proclamation No, 29, dated December 8, 1945, and such other matters as may be submitted thereto by the President of the Philippines.

All persons entitled to sit as members of the Congress of the Philippines are requested to take notice of this proclamation.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this 11th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-five, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the eleventh.
