REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 679, DATED FEBRUARY 5, 1941, AND RESERVING THE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE LA GRANJA EXPERIMENT STATION FOR EXPERIMENTAL PURPOSES UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE BUREAUS OF PLANT INDUSTRY AND ANIMAL INDUSTRY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act no. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 679, dated February 5, 1941, and reserve for experimental purposes under the management of the Bureaus of Plant Industry and Animal Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, the four parcels of the public domain formerly known as the La Granja Experiment Station, located in the barrio of Haguimit, municipality of La Carlota, Province of Occidental Negros, Island of Negros, Philippines, to wit:

"Parcel 1. - Beginning at point marked 1 on plan FF-62-a, etc.IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
"Containing 5,251,540 square meters.
"Points 1 and 2 are marked by concrete monuments made in a barrel with hole in center; point 6, concrete monument made in a barrel with hole in center, marked L.G./S.E.; point 13, bamboo clump; point 118, concrete monument made in a barrel with hole in center, marked L.G./S.W.; point 127 stone monument marked H. V.; point 7 to 11, inclusive, in center and on bank of Marayo River; point 119, in center of sapa; points 120 to 140, inclusive, in centers and on banks of canal, arroyo, small canal, and sapa.

"Bounded on northeast by stream, property of Victoriano Rodriguez (Hacienda of Valencia) and Nahalin River; on east by property of Julian Cadenes; on south by public road; on northwest by lot 4 and Nahalin River, stream and property of Victoriano Rodriguez (Hacienda of Valencia.)
