Any municipality which, by virtue hereof, is raised in classification shall provide for the full amount of the increase in salary to which the justice of the peace thereof is entitled until the said amount shall have been duly provided in the annual General Appropriation Act.

This reclassification shall take effect as of July 1, 1950.
