[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 528, September 01, 1952 ]

PRESCRIBING UNIFORM FEES FOR COPIES OF OFFICIAL RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS OR FOR CERTIFICATES FURNISHED PRIVATE PERSONS AND ENTITIES.



In order that all bureaus and. offices of the Government should charge a uniform rate of fees (where there is no specific provision of law fixing such fees) for copies of official records and documents or for certificates in the form of œTo Whom It May Concern  concerning facts appearing in the records of an office furnished private persons and entities under section five hundred seventy-two of the Revised Administrative Code, the following schedule is hereby issued for the information and guidance of all concerned:

1. For every one hundred words or fraction thereof, typewritten (not including the certificate and any notation)

2. Where the copy to be furnished is in a printed form, in whole or in part, for each page (double this fee if there are two pages in a sheet)

3. For each certificate of correctness (with seal of office) written on the copy or attached thereto

4. For copies furnished other bureaus, offices and branches of the Government for official business (except those copies required by the court at the request of the litigants, in which case charges should be in accordance with the, schedule above

5. For taking photographic copies, per page(if the photographic copy is to be furnished by the office itself, the cost of the plates, developing and printing should be collected in addition to the above fee of P0.30 per page.)

Executive Order Numbered Thirty-two, dated May twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred thirty-six, is hereby re voked.

Done in the City of Manila, this 1st day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-two, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
