MAKING AN ADDITIONAL ALLOTMENT FROM THE APPROPRIATION FOR AID TO THE CITY OF MANILA AUTHORIZED BY COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 300
An additional allotment of eighty-eight thousand two hundred eighty pesos from the appropriation provided in item H-IV-23, section one of Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred for aid to the City of Manila for the construction of public improvements, to be expended at the discretion of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty-two, in addition to the amount of six hundred forty-four thousand nine hundred sixty pesos released in Executive Order Numbered One hundred ninety, dated February twenty-eighth, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, is hereby authorized.
The grand total of the funds, allotted up to this date from the appropriations provided in Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred, including those authorized in Executive Orders Numbered One hundred ninety and One hundred ninety-eight, current series, for the executive departments, should, therefore, amount to thirty-eight million six hundred seventy-seven thousand seven hundred fifty pesos.

The grand total of the funds, allotted up to this date from the appropriations provided in Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred, including those authorized in Executive Orders Numbered One hundred ninety and One hundred ninety-eight, current series, for the executive departments, should, therefore, amount to thirty-eight million six hundred seventy-seven thousand seven hundred fifty pesos.
