[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 608, June 27, 1953 ]
FIXING THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SAN JACINTO AND BALILIHAN, BOTH OF THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL
Upon the recommendation of the Provincial Board of Bohol and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-eight of the Revised Administrative Code, the boundary line between the municipalities of San Jacinto and Balilihan, both of the Province of Bohol, is hereby fixed and described as follows:
From Point 10, located at the bank of Kang Tinok Creek running in a straight line N. 87 38' W., 2,628 Kms. to point 11, a big molave post driven at Ka Biyoy Yalley, which is a point on the line joining points 8 and 9 of the Executive Order No. 229, series of 1949; thence a straight line running N. 53 05' 59? W., 2.091 Kms. to point 12, located at the highest point of Kang Lohi; thence a straight line running S. 8 02' W., 4.350 Kms. to point 13, which lies-along the straight line from point 9 (Highest point of Mt. Manlawi) to point 12; thence a straight line running N. 69 16' W., 4.643 Kms. to point 14, a big towering molave tree; thence a straight line running N. 36 46' 35? W., 2.630 Kms. to point 15, located at the bank of Abatan River, this straight being parallel to the line joining points 1 and 2 of the boundary described in said Executive Order. (Reference used: Map of the municipality of San Jacinto, scale: 1:50,000 prepared May, 1952, and submitted by the Office of the District Engineer of Bohol.)
This accordingly amends Executive Order No. 229, issued on June 17, 1949, creating the said municipality of San Jacinto.
The change herein made shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
