The first paragraph of Executive Order No. 607 dated June 27,1958, entitled œCreating a Commission to Ascertain and Study the Conditions Obtaining in the Reclaimed Areas and Foreshore Lands in the District of Tondo, Manila,  is hereby amended to read as follows:

œFor the purpose of ascertaining and studying the actual conditions obtaining in the reclaimed areas and foreshore lands in the District of Tondo, Manila, with a view to the adoption of adequate and effective measures to solve the housing and other social problems in said areas, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a Commission composed of the following:

œThe Secretary of Public Works and Communications	Chairman
The Social Welfare Administrator	Member
The Director of Lands	Member
The Director of Planning	Member
The City Engineer, Manila	Member
Mr. Andres Dimanahan, President of the Barrio Fugoso Association	Member
Atty. Leandro Domingo, President of the Federation of Tondo Foreshore Lands Tenants Association	Member
Mrs. Polly Cayetano	Member

Done in the City of Manila, this 14th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.
