DEFINING AND FIXING THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF ATOK AND KABAYAN, BOTH OF THE SUB-PROVINCE OF BENGUET, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE
Upon the recommendation of the Provincial Board of the Mountain Province and pursuant to the provisions of Section sixty-eight of the Revised Administrative Code, the boundary line between the municipal districts of Atok and Kabayan, both of the sub-province of Benguet, Mountain Province, is hereby defined and fixed as follows:
Starting from the highest point of Sinacdoran Ridge, common corner of the municipal districts of Atok, Bokod, and Kabayan, running in a straight line Northwestward to the lowest point of Parengal Saddle; thence North 9 05' East also in a straight line to the spur between Baguio-Bontoc Road and the summit of Mt. Singakalsa; and thence North 4 59' East likewise in a straight line to Mt. Apon Birang. (Reference used: Sketch Map of Atok and Kabayan, scale: 1:50,000, enlarged from the map of Benguet which is enlarged by the Bureau of Public Works from the map of Northern Luzon prepared by the Coast and Geodetic Survey in 1932, submitted by the District Engineer of the Mt. Province on May 19, 1952).
