WHEREAS, the Municipality of Los Ba os, Laguna marks its 402 nd Foundation Day on 17 September 2017;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Los Ba os, Laguna celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Friday, 15 September 2017, be declared as a special non-working day instead of 17 September 2017, which falls on a Sunday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Los Ba os, Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 15 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Ba os, Laguna.
