WHEREAS, the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas marks the 152 nd birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar, on Wednesday, 27 September 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday 27 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas.
