WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 163 (s. 1999) declared the fast week of August of every year as "Direct Selling Week", under the auspices of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines (DSAP);

WHEREAS, in recent years, the DSAP has been holding its major programs and events such as industry awards, management conferences and trade expos throughout the month of November;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 163 (s. 1999) to declare the last week of November of every year as "Direct Selling Week."

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
