WHEREAS, the Municipality of Pi an, Zamboanga del Norte will celebrate its Founding Anniversary on Tuesday, 28 November 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pi an, Zamboanga del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 28 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality Pi an, Zamboanga del Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
