WHEREAS, the period from February 14 to March 31, 1958, was set aside for the eleventh annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross under Proclamation No. 548, dated November 20, 1957; and

WHEREAS, the campaign has been affected adversely by the failure, of crops due either to drought or to disasters in many areas;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the eleventh annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross for a period of thirty days from April 1 to April 30, 1958.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
