WHEREAS , the City of Tuguegarao marks the celebration of its 18 th Charter Day on Monday, 18 December 2017; and

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW , THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 18 December 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
