CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT ARCHIBISHOP REYES AVENUE, CEBU CITY AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act no. 7916, otherwise known as the special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area of 22, 088 square meters, more or less, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (S. 2000) and Resolution No. 16-104 (s. 2016) of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, as an Information Technology Center to be known as Avenir which stands on several parcels of land located at Archibishop Reyes Avenue, Cebu City containing an aggregate area of One Thousand Four Hundred Three (1, 403) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 1-B-2-B-2, Psd-07-076101

A parcel of land (Lot 1-B-2-B-2 of the subdivision plan Psd-07-076101, being a portion of Lot 1-B-2-B, Psd-07-01834), situated in the Barangay of Lahug, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 2, Pcs-4173; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 1-B-2-A, Psd-07-018434; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 1-B-2-B-5; and on the SE., along line 4-1 by Lot 1-B-2-B-3, both of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N. 57 deg. 42' E., 952.73 m. from Mon. No. 5, Banilad Estate;
