The port of Cotabato, Cotabato City, is hereby included in the classification of National Ports open to coastwise trade.

Executive Order No. 72, dated December 3, 1936, as amended by Executive Order No. 195, dated March 3, 1939, Executive Order No. 254, dated February 20, 1940, and Executive Order No. 289, dated July 8, 1940, is hereby further amended accordingly.
