CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND PROBLEMS OF HORSE RACING



WHEREAS, many problems and controversies have arisen under the existing rules and regulations on horse racing; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to study the present rules and regulations on horse racing, with a view to up-dating and improving the same so as to find a solution to those problems and controversies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a committee to study the rules and regulations and problems on horse racing, composed of the following:

The Committee shall submit its report and recommendation to the President as soon as possible.

The Committee is hereby empowered to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government for such assistance as it may need in the discharge of its functions.
