Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No, 7916, otherwise known as the 'Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 " as amended by RA No. 8748. and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I,ROPRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a buildingto be known as the Maayo Medical, with a qross floor area of Thirty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred One and 53/100 Square Meters (32,701.53 m² ) more or less and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located at BarangayAlang-Alang, Mandaue City, Cebu, containing an area of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen Square meters (4,717 m² ) , more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916. as amended by Resolution No 17-556. and 16-190 (s. 2016) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as a Special Economic Zone (Medical Tourism Center), as defined by the following technical description:
