WHEREAS, on Friday, 02 February 2018, the City of Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte, marks the celebration of its Dagkot Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabadbaran be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 02 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabadbaran.
