WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 27 February 2018, the City of General Santos marks its 79 th Founding Anniversary and the 29 th Kalilangan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary. by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Genera! Santos,
