WHEREAS, Thursday, 05 April 2018, marks the celebration of the 438 th Founding Anniversary of the Province of Pangasinan, and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 05 April 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Pangasinan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
