In view of the organized transport strike, and in order to minimize the inconvenience to the riding public, classes in public and private schools at all levels in Metro Manila, are hereby suspended on 20 March 2018.

The suspension of classes in other affected areas shall be left to the discretion of their respective local government units.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
