WHEREAS, on 28 May 2018, a Monday, the City of Imus, Cavite, will mark the anniversary of the Battle of Alapan, otherwise known as the National Flag Day: and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Imus be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, MICHAEL P. ONG , Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE. do hereby declare Monday, 28 May 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Imus, Cavite.
